What did Hubble see on your birthday?

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Hubble Space Telescope, NASA released this cool new website. Enter the month and day of your birth and you'll see an image taken by the telescope on that day. You can read a short caption, download the image, or click on a link that gives a more in-depth explanation with several more download options.

This is what Hubble saw on my birthday: the Triangulum Galaxy (NASA)

Have some fun entering the birthdays of your family and friends. Take a peek at the images from my family's birthdays below – the shadows of Jupiter's moons are amazing!

I learned about this website from the Mental Floss article, "What Did the Hubble Telescope See on Your Birthday? This NASA Website Will Show You." Discover more cool free resources from NASA in my previous post.
