I've just spent the last 90 minutes clicking through the links in this article from Trip Savvy, "How to Tour the World's Coolest Street Art From Home." There are so many incredible works of art to see.

Most of my time was spent on the Street Art Cities website playing with their interactive map. You can zoom in on dozens of cities around the world and see locations and photos of street art. San Francisco is a trove. They also have an app available, so I see an urban art hunt in my future.


During Masterpiece Monday (website coming soon) in my elective class, we looked at work by Shepard Fairey, Banksy, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Keith Herring – I wonder if any of the artists on these pages will one day find their way into our discussions.
