Newsletter Recommendation: Nat Geo Animals

If you're an animal lover, nature nerd, or a teacher looking for high-quality content, National Geographic's weekly Animals newsletter will be a welcome addition to your inbox. It's always full of timely topics, great photos, and links to additional articles. Check out this week's newsletter, which connects to the docuseries that has recently taken over the internet (of course I watched it!), and last week's newsletter, which focused on fake animal stories that have gone viral.

A few weeks ago, a newsletter about wild horses and the BLM's Wild Horse and Burro program inspired me to draft a practice performance task to help my English classes prepare for state testing. Actually, I had so much good content that I made another version of the task. Yes, I'm a nerd.

Animals comes out every Thursday. Click here to subscribe and check out other National Geographic newsletters.
