EduHam at Home

An at-home edition of the Hamilton Education Program

There are so many nerdy Hamilton references I could put in here, but I'll do my best to get right to the point: free Hamilton resources are coming!

The Gilder Lehrman Insitute of American History has introduced EduHam at Home, an extension of their Hamilton Education Program. EduHam at Home will include videos from the musical, interviews with the actors, access to primary sources, lessons for distance learning, and the ability to share your own Hamilton-inspired performance pieces.

You can watch an intro video and sign up to participate here (you may need to create an account).

In addition to EduHam at Home, Gilder Lehrman has also expanded the Hamilton Education Program, which includes lessons, resources, and discount tickets to see Hamilton. Also, Hamilton Education Program Online, which is being piloted this school year, will be made available in the fall.

In the meantime, get your Hamilton fix by watching this segment from actor John Krasinski's Some Good News:

P.S. In case you haven't heard, Hamilton the movie is due to come out in October 2021. It won't be a remake, like In the Heights, but a filmed version of the stage musical starring the original cast.
