The Archaeological Institute of America's Build Your Own Monument Contest
This looks like a lot of fun! In honor of International Archaeology Day, the Archaeological Institute of America is sponsoring a Build Your Own Monument Contest.
Each week, you can build a model of the featured monuments using the materials of your choice, including food. There are categories for kids in grades K-12, families, and adults, and two winners will be chosen in each category each week (one by the guest judge and the other by popular vote).

I'll be assigning these as challenges to my history classes during our time of distance learning. I'm not forcing them to submit their builds to the contest and I'm allowing them the option of drawing an original, color drawing instead of a 3D build. They'll submit a Google Slideshow of their creation and I'll award them XP in Classcraft for participating.
